FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


When is the Online Shop open?

The online shop is seasonal and will be opened for pre-camp ordering from June 1st to June 20th each year.  These orders will be available for pick up at camp on your campers registered week/s.  We will reopen again during the summer months and take orders until August 20th of each summer.  These orders will need to be shipped to you and therefore will have a shipping fee added to the order based upon postage charges.  


Who can order from the Online Shop?

Most of our items are available for anyone to order. 

The only exception to this would be our LIT T-shirts.  You must have a camper registered in our LIT program in order to purchase an LIT T-shirt.  


Can I order something for myself as a parent?

YES!  In fact we have added some items to the store just for you.  Enjoy :)

How will my child receive their items?

Orders that are placed from June 1st to 20th each year will be handed out at camp during your campers registered weeks.  Orders that are placed during the summer up until Aug 20th will be shipped to your home.  The address listed on your file will be used for shipping.  A shipping fee will be added based upon postage fees.

How does it work if I need my items shipped to me?

We will be in touch with you to let you know that your item has been shipped and the cost for postage in this case.  If your camper has forgotten to take their item home from camp for any reason during the week/s that they are registered we will also have to move to a shipping option for you.  Postage fees will be added in this case - but of course every effort will have been made to send these items home with your camper/s prior to shipping.

Can I pick my items up at the camp if my child is not registered that particular week?

Sorry - we are not able to organize pick up at camp in most cases.  You are welcome to email us for further information on this if required.  registration@kidinc.ca

Will these items also be available for sale onsite at the Snack Shack?

We will not have the online items in the snack shack.  We will however have bags, bag tags, stickers, badges, buffs, and toques for sale at camp.  For photos of these items please click this link:  https://kidsinccamp.ca/store

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

This really depends on when you want to make the changes.  If the order has already been placed we are so sorry but we are not able to make any changes.  If our full order has not been placed at the time that you want to make the change we will be able to make that change for you.  Please email us as quickly as you can to make any changes at registration@kidsinc.ca

Can I return an item once it has been ordered and delivered?

We are very sorry.  These items are custom made and custom printed just for you.  There are no exchanges or refunds.  Please use size charts to be sure your order is placed accurately.  Of course if there is a defect of some kind we will need for you to let us know and we will proceed to remedy the situation.

Product Mock-ups

This site uses photographs provided by the manufacturers. The customized Kids Inc Camp logos have been added through photoshop for illustration purposes. We have made every attempt to replicate the final product accurately. However, some variations in logo size or placement may result.

Production Minimums

We reserve the right to cancel orders if manufacturers’ production minimums are not met. We hope that this will not become necessary.  However, if it does, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

Exchanges/Refunds/Returns

We are very sorry.  These items are custom made and custom printed just for you.  There are no exchanges or refunds.  Please use size charts to be sure your order is placed accurately.  Of course if there is a defect of some kind we will need for you to let us know and we will proceed to remedy the situation.
